Brock Studinski
President
Brock Studinski Is President Of Evergreen Air Solutions And A Founding Leadership Team Member. Before Joining Evergreen Air Solutions In 2013, Brock Spent Over A Decade In Management And Senior Engineering Management Roles Leading Multisite HVAC Initiatives With Kohl’s And Trane. With A Passion For Spearheading Simultaneous Projects, Brock Maintained A Focus On Building Automation, Turnkey Replacement, Chiller Plant Projects, And Energy Management Call Center Implementation. One Simple Project Yielded A $9.6 Million Utility Spend Cost Savings For The Customer. Additionally, Brock Has Performed Detailed Analysis Of Various HVAC Equipment Types And Manufacturers To Provide Optimal Selection Recommendations Based On Cost Of Energy And Climate Zones. Brock Is A Wisconsin Native, LEED Accredited With An MBA From The University Of Wisconsin Milwaukee. In His Free Time He Can Be Found At A Hockey Rink or A Soccer Field Enjoying Time With His Family.
Joe Kubicek
Vice President - Capital Services
Joe Kubicek is the Vice President of Capital Projects for Evergreen Air Solutions and joined the company in 2016 as an addition to the capital projects group. Prior to his role with Evergreen Air Solutions, Joe spent 14 years with Trane as an equipment solution manager for the state of Wisconsin. His aptitude for sales aided Joe in leading the inside sales support team that provided technical and project management guidance. In addition to his sales support duties, Joe is nearing 1,000 projects completed since joining Evergreen Air Solutions. Joe's focus is on some of our largest customers including TJX, Kohl's, & Gap.
Joe is a graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering with an architectural engineering degree and specialization in fire protection, plumbing, and mechanical system design.
Dan Eschrich
Director of Service Operations
Dan Eschrich is the Director of Service Operations for Evergreen Air Solutions. Since joining the company in 2007 as an account manager, Dan has established and grown remarkable customer relationships. In his current role, Dan now oversees the service department, managing over 2000 locations, including Kohl’s, Best Buy, and TJMaxx stores. Dan is the liaison between clients and the vendor and helps resolve any escalated issues pertaining to service and invoicing. His role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction and the streamlining of Evergreen processes. Dan inherently understands that the customer is the single most valuable asset for an organization, and remains driven by the unrelenting pursuit of customer satisfaction.
Dan is a graduate of Illinois State University, where he studied marketing and psychology.
Brett Jasinski
Capital Projects Manager
Brett Jasinski is a Capital Projects Project Manager for Evergreen Air Solutions and
joined the company in 2018. Brett works diligently every year to help Ross Dress for Less plan for the optimal use of their capital funds. Prior to his role with Evergreen, Brett spent 18 years with
Trane. Brett's previous roles at Trane included Parts store manager, and equipment
application specialist.
Jennifer Sumner
Account Specialist
Jennifer Sumner is an account specialist known for building strong client relationships.
Her over twenty years of experience in different fields has given her valuable insights to help others. With a background in computer programming, she prides herself on paying
attention to detail and being proactively solution-oriented. In her free time, Jen likes to
soak in the outdoors and spend quality time with her friends and family of five.
Joe Junius
Senior Account Manager
Joe has been with Evergreen Air Solutions since 2015 handling our largest account. He has been in the construction and HVAC business for over 30 years. Putting the customer first is his priority.
Scot Lehman
Senior Account Manager
Scot Lehman is a senior account manager for Evergreen Air Solutions. He joined the
team in 2015 and is the liaison between contractor and customer. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and owning his own construction company, he
knows the importance of customer relations and takes pride in his ability to make sure
his customers get all of the necessary information as quickly as possible.
Kristen Silva
Junior Account Manager
Kristen Silva Is a Junior Account Manager with Evergreen Air Solutions and has
been with the team since 2022. She utilizes a mix of technology and personal touch to
ensure issues get resolved in the most timely manner. When not at work Kristen enjoys
spending with her husband and girls.
Caitlin VanDierendonck
Accounting Manager
Caitlin VanDierendonck joined the Evergreen Air Solutions team in 2015 and is a versatile
professional serving as Accounting Manager. With a strong background in accounting,
attention to detail, and a knack for problem solving, Caitlin manages financial operations
while also ensuring and optimizing the smooth functioning of essential systems and
providing technical support. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys going to concerts, reading,
and spending time with family and friends.
Tom Behn
Junior Account Manager
I joined Evergreen Air Solutions in February 2025 as a Junior Account Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience as a Sales and Technical Manager experience. My role focuses on communicating and coordinating to ensure commercial HVAC repairs are completed efficiently and with care. I take pride in problem-solving and building lasting relationships through dependable customer service and teamwork. Outside of work, I dedicate my time to my family and community—supporting my two kids in hockey, soccer, and softball. I have a passion for live music. Sharing the bands I grew up with alongside my kids is one of my favorite ways to stay young at heart.
Karen Chmielewski
Invoicing Specialist
Karen Chmielewski has been a member of the Evergreen Air Solutions team since
the fall of 2022. As an Invoicing Specialist, she brings meticulous attention to detail and
a strong commitment to accuracy, ensuring smooth and efficient billing processes.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, music and spending time with her husband and
three children.
Linda McConaughy
Accounting Specialist
Linda has been with Evergreen Air Solutions working in the invoicing department since 2015. In addition to her role as an Accounting Specialist, she spent 2 years as a dispatcher for TJ Maxx service calls, showcasing her versatility and ability to manage multiple
responsibilities. Currently, Linda is responsible for handling invoicing for Kohls, ensuring
accuracy and fairness in all transactions to benefit both the client and vendor. With her
attention to detail, dedication to her work, and excellence in customer service, she is a
valuable asset to the team at Evergreen Air Solutions.
